About the Role
As a Workshop Technician at Decathlon UK, you will be a key reason customers return, providing expert diagnosis and timely repairs or services for sports products, primarily bicycles. You will help customers extend the life of their products, contributing to the store's sustainability mission by recycling and repairing items.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose technical faults in customer products and agree on solutions.

Requirements
- Ability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Cytech certification is a plus.
- Previous workshop experience is a plus.
- A knack for fixing bikes is a plus.
- Ability to find creative solutions and spot details.
