About the Role
The role involves psychosocial support for individuals in substitution treatment and therapeutic supported individual living, with care provided at the facility and in cooperating medical practices. The facility is centrally located near U/S-Neukölln. The position is 80% to 90% of a full-time workload.
Responsibilities
- Advise and support individuals with psychological, health, and social challenges with time and patience.
- Strengthen participation in interactions with authorities, daily life, and social environments.
- Develop group and leisure activities that facilitate genuine interaction.
- Support substituted clients at the interface of social work and medical care in medical practices and the facility.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Social Work or comparable education is required.
- Interest in regular professional exchange and continuous professional development.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Intercultural consulting competence.
- Willingness to perform a small amount of outreach activities (e.g., in correctional facilities or clinics).
- An accepting and results-open basic attitude.

Salary/Compensations
- €49,000 - €57,500 gross annual salary for a full-time position, dependent on individual experience.
