About the Role
As CFO, you will usher in the next phase of einhundert, establishing it as the leading platform for decarbonizing the housing industry by scaling processes and capital access.
Responsibilities
- Develop and establish margin-based, precise growth steering.
- Ensure flawless KPI transparency across the entire P&L and process chain in real-time.
- Expand access to debt financing from approximately EUR 100 million to over EUR 500 million by engaging lenders.
- Optimize working capital, cash, and refinancing processes to enable annual CAPEX of EUR 100 million and more.
- Engage in close sparring with the CEO and collaborate with shareholder Arcus Infrastructure Partners to continuously increase equity value.
- Contribute company-wide to processes and projects to cultivate operational excellence.
Requirements
- Experience with asset-heavy business models, ideally in renewable energies or other regulated infrastructure sectors.
- Understanding of electricity markets and the technical-economic fundamentals of PV, battery storage, and heat pumps.
- High social competence and a passion for leadership responsibility in fast-growing, dynamic companies.
- Identification with values of respectful and appreciative leadership.
- Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills, combining logical reasoning with high empathy for customers, investors, and the team.
- Strong motivation to actively use financial expertise for the energy transition and scaling digital green-tech business models.
