About the Role
Join Amplifon in Berlin-Tegel and help people rediscover the emotions of sound. This role focuses on customer consultation, sales, and creating unique customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer-oriented sales and consultation discussions, including hearing tests, to develop individual solutions.
- Create unique customer experiences through structured sales routines and efficient processes.
- Advise on hearing system care and accessories to strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct telephone outreach to existing customers and organize local marketing activities.
- Maintain up-to-date customer data and support the store through scheduling, appointment management, and order processing.
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as a hearing aid acoustician (m/f/d).
- Enjoy customer consultation and sales with a high degree of service orientation.
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and empathy in customer interactions.
- Team spirit and commitment to shared success.
- Organizational talent, flexibility, and a sense of responsibility.
