About the Role
As a Senior Consultant in Internal Security, you will support clients in understanding, structuring, and transforming business requirements into future-proof digital solutions. You will act as a central interface between business units, stakeholders, and project teams, guiding complex transformation and digitalization projects from conception to implementation. You will also build trusted client relationships and develop existing partnerships within the public sector.
Responsibilities
- Support organizations in Internal Security by analyzing business challenges, gathering requirements, and developing viable solution approaches.
- Take on a leadership role between clients, business units, and implementation teams, often acting as a Proxy Product Owner.
- Work on and manage innovative transformation projects throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Expand existing client relationships, identify new needs, and support the development of sustainable consulting approaches in Internal Security.
- Contribute to the advancement of our business in the public sector through industry expertise and network.
Requirements
- Completed degree in a relevant field such as Politics, Administration, Humanities, Economics, Business Informatics, or Engineering.
- Several years of professional experience with police authorities, security agencies, or comparable organizations in Internal Security.
- Experience in business consulting, requirements management, business analysis, or a comparable customer-oriented role.
- Understanding of processes, structures, and challenges of authorities and organizations with security mandates.
- Ideally, experience in building client relationships and a robust network in Internal Security.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business.
