About the Role
Lead the product management of strategic Learning & Skills capabilities for Institutes of Higher Learning, shifting from a project-based to a product-centric model focused on continuous value delivery, scalability, and sector outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Act as the single accountable owner of the product portfolio across Institutes of Higher Learning.
- Lead prioritization of product features and enhancements based on business value, user impact, and operational considerations.
- Ensure delivery of product capabilities aligns with product strategy and sector priorities.
- Engage senior management and stakeholders to shape product direction and drive sector-wide alignment.
- Define and track product success metrics.
- Work closely with the Enterprise Architect to ensure alignment between product strategy and system design.
- Own the full product lifecycle.
- Oversee transition from legacy systems to future-state capabilities.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale digital products, platforms, or transformation initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.
