About the Role

We are seeking proactive individuals with experience in Software & Tech, Engineering & Project Management to join our team. This is an unsolicited application, and the specific role will be defined based on your qualifications, focus areas, and available projects.

Responsibilities

Development and advancement of software, embedded systems, hardware, or complex technical system solutions.
Conception, specification, integration, verification, and testing of products, components, and systems.
Analysis of technical and functional requirements and development of suitable solution and system concepts.
Participation in software development, embedded software, hardware development, systems engineering, test engineering, or DevOps.
Technical project leadership, project management, PMO, or coordination of interdisciplinary teams.
Coordination with development, product management, project management, quality assurance, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, specifications, test concepts, and project documents.
Support with commissioning, error analysis, and continuous improvement of existing products, systems, and processes.

Requirements

Completed technical or scientific university degree, technical training, or comparable qualification.
Professional experience or sound practical knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Software or embedded software development, Hardware, electronics, or system development, Systems engineering and requirements engineering, Integration, verification, test, or quality assurance, DevOps, IT infrastructure, or technical system administration, Technical project management, PMO, or product management.
Interest in demanding technical products and complex development projects.
Enjoyment of collaboration in interdisciplinary and international teams.
Good German and English language skills.
Knowledge in areas such as high-frequency technology, radio communication, measurement technology, IT security, signal processing, or safety-critical systems is advantageous depending on the area of application.
