About the Role
As a Customer Service Specialist (m/w/d) in full-time, you will be the point of contact for our customers regarding our insurance offerings. Your focus is to provide customers with first-class service and ensure high customer satisfaction at all times. You are the voice of the customer within the company and process veterinary bills for reimbursement.
Responsibilities
- You answer customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing first-class support.
- You process and review veterinary bills to ensure fair and accurate reimbursement decisions.
- You support pet parents in understanding our insurance terms and benefits clearly and understandably.
- You work closely with internal teams to improve customer experiences and processes.
- You maintain documentation in our systems for a smooth workflow.
Requirements
- You have initial experience in customer service, a veterinary practice/clinic, or a customer-oriented role.
- You have fluent German language skills, both written and spoken, and basic English skills for communication with the international team.
- You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You have a structured and detail-oriented work approach.
- You can multitask effectively, advising customers while supporting projects.
- You are curious and always motivated to learn new things.
- You are flexible and pragmatic, motivated to work in a dynamic environment.
