About the Role

Join the Marketing Technology team as an Associate Partner, playing a key role in the practice's growth by shaping, positioning, and winning complex CRM, customer engagement, CDP, analytics, and marketing technology programs for enterprise clients. This senior, client-facing consulting role focuses on pre-sales, solution consulting, and proposition development, translating client challenges into innovative, commercially viable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across marketing, CRM, customer experience, data, and technology.
  • Lead discovery sessions and client conversations to understand business, customer, and technology challenges.
  • Translate client requirements into MarTech strategies, solutions, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Lead MarTech pre-sales engagements from discovery through solution definition, proposal, pitch, and close.
  • Shape propositions, statements of work, and commercial proposals for complex client engagements.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and develop new consulting engagements.
  • Contribute to pitches, proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Lead production of RFP responses, proposals, and Statements of Work, ensuring accurate scope and costing.
  • Shape enterprise solutions spanning CRM, customer engagement, CDP, personalization, journey orchestration, and analytics.
  • Provide senior-level expertise across the MarTech landscape, including Adobe, Braze, and Bloomreach.
  • Advise clients on the selection and effective use of marketing technology.
  • Understand solutions across the MarTech landscape, particularly CEP, CDP, and Analytics tools.
  • Articulate the importance of data foundations for delivering great customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with architects, strategists, analysts, developers, and implementation specialists.
  • Ensure a strong connection between client challenges, proposed solutions, and successful delivery.
  • Work with the leadership team to develop CACI's MarTech propositions and go-to-market strategy.
  • Identify emerging client needs and develop new consulting propositions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key technology partners.
  • Collaborate with vendor sales, solutions, and partnership teams.
  • Identify joint go-to-market and co-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain awareness of vendor roadmaps and new capabilities.
  • Support the development of CACI's capabilities, expertise, and credibility across strategic technology partnerships.
  • Stay abreast of developments in the Marketing Technology space and adapt CACI's propositions.
  • Act as a senior trusted advisor to clients throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Provide senior oversight across CRM, MarTech, CDP, and analytics implementation programs.
  • Maintain strong senior client relationships and ensure CACI delivers against strategic objectives.
  • Work across consulting and delivery teams to maintain continuity from strategy to implementation.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for strategically important client engagements.
  • Support account growth by identifying opportunities for CACI to provide additional value.
  • Represent the Marketing Technology practice in senior client, industry, and partner conversations.

Requirements

  • Significant experience working within a consultancy, agency, systems integrator, or technology organization.
  • Strong track record in pre-sales, solution consulting, proposition development, and pitching.
  • Strong track record in accurate costing and ability to discuss commercials with clients.
  • Experience shaping and winning significant CRM, MarTech, data, or digital transformation programs.
  • Broad expertise across CRM, customer engagement, marketing technology, CDP, and customer data.
  • Strong knowledge of at least two enterprise MarTech platforms such as Adobe, Braze, and/or Bloomreach.
  • Comfortable building productive relationships with strategic technology partners.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms, customer data architecture, personalization, and journey orchestration.
  • Good understanding of digital and customer analytics and associated implementation programs.
  • Ability to engage credibly with C-suite and senior marketing, CRM, data, and technology leaders.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to identify and convert consulting opportunities.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business strategy, customer experience, data, and technology.
  • Sufficient technical depth to understand complex enterprise MarTech environments.
  • Energetic, positive, and commercially minded.
  • Collaborative and comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal English.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong listener who can understand client requirements and uncover business challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work across multiple clients, opportunities, and programs.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
