About the Role
As our second Product Manager, you will own part of the product roadmap from problem discovery to delivery and iteration. You will work directly with hospital stakeholders to understand workflows and pain points, translate needs into product specs, and partner with engineering to ship and iterate on features. Your mission is to drive meaningful reductions in hospital burnout and ensure product adoption and impact on customer operations and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Own part of the product roadmap from problem discovery to delivery and iteration
- Work directly with hospital stakeholders (DIM, DSI, DAF, end-users) to deeply understand workflows and pain points
- Translate real-world hospital needs into clear product specs and priorities
- Partner closely with engineering to ship fast, make tradeoffs, and iterate in production
- Define success metrics and ensure features drive real customer and business impact
- Bring field insights (sales, operations) back into product decisions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management (B2B SaaS), ideally on AI products
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making decisions with imperfect information
- Enjoy talking directly to users and customers and letting that shape the product
- Can translate technical constraints and AI capabilities into user value
- Willing to jump from discovery interviews to specs to production reviews in the same day
- Excited about being a founding PM, with ownership, responsibility, and accountability
