About the Role
As a Data Scientist Intern, you will be responsible for executing data projects, communicating your work to the team, collaborating with consultants to understand client needs, ensuring your solutions deliver value, and researching new technical approaches. You will also share best practices and contribute to Artefact's institutional knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Execute data projects, ensuring secure delivery.
- Communicate your work and achievements within the team.
- Collaborate closely with your consulting counterpart to build and maintain strong client relationships and understand their needs.
- Ensure your solutions bring value to the client's problem.
- Research and develop new technical approaches to solve problems effectively.
- Share best practices and contribute to Artefact's institutional knowledge.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering school with a specialization in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
- Seeking a 6-month end-of-studies internship starting January 2027.
- Good understanding of the digital and data ecosystem and its technologies (web analytics, programmatic, DMP, Datalake, dataviz, data science, etc.).
- Strong interest in business issues.
- Practical and analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to break down problems, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
- Mandatory French proficiency (written/oral) for the Paris office to work in a team.
- Professional English proficiency for communicating with international clients.
