About the Role
RABOT is experiencing significant growth in customers, products, and teams within the dynamic energy market. We are expanding our People & Culture team to manage this growth, including new HR systems and evolving roles. This position offers the opportunity to own and develop a specific area from the ground up, rather than just managing existing processes.
Responsibilities
- Owns individual vacancies from job posting to contract offer.
- Maintains clean HRIS pipelines and reviews all applications.
- Conducts initial candidate interviews and ensures timely feedback.
- Manages HR administration for new hires and contracts.
- Serves as the primary contact for hiring managers seeking to fill positions.
- Acts as the initial point of contact for external candidates representing Rabot.
- Leverages AI tools to support recurring tasks and evaluates their output.
- Collaborates with hiring managers to define clear requirements for open positions.
- Proactively identifies and proposes solutions for underperforming recruitment pipelines.
- Streamlines or re-engineers administrative or recruiting processes using AI support.
- Plans staffing needs with relevant leads for assigned departments.
- Maintains a talent pool for recurring roles and provides monthly reporting.
- Takes on additional responsibilities in Talent Management, such as onboarding or learning and development.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, managing or owning positions.
- Familiarity with HR administration, including contracts, master data, and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Proficiency in using AI tools in daily work and evaluating their results.
- Independent, reliable, and persistent work ethic.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Regular presence required in the Berlin office.
- Fluent German and good written and spoken English.
