About the Role

We are seeking experienced General Managers for our Westfield - Shepherd's Bush site. This role requires a proven track record of driving restaurant success, leading teams with passion, and managing stakeholders in a complex shopping center environment. The focus is on delivering exceptional guest experiences through 'old-school hospitality', taking ownership of the restaurant, and supporting the local community.

Driving sales growth through constant improvement to the service and restaurant’s performance
Leading from the front
Constantly coaching and guiding your team to success
Working closely with your kitchen, Head Chef and wider management team to ensure KPIs, standards and efficiency are met
Prioritizing team happiness and welfare
Generating a culture of loyalty, positivity and opportunity
Creating strong, professional relationships with other restaurant teams, the Prep Kitchen & Support Office team

Requirements

Experienced General Managers
Proven record of driving restaurant success, both front & back of house
Ability to lead a team with passion
Ability to network and manage stakeholders in a shopping center environment

Salary/Compensations

£42,000 - 53,700 OTE (basic salary, plus service charge - our data says you can earn between £1 to £5 per hour on top of your pay)
