About the Role
We are seeking knowledgeable General Managers for our bustling St Katherine's Dock site. If you bring positive energy, have a proven record of driving restaurant success, and can lead a team with passion, this role is for you. You will focus on the guest experience, hosting everyone with "old-school hospitality" and showing pride and ownership of your restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Managing and developing your team
- Managing Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance

- Compliance & Reporting
- Driving sales growth through constant improvement to the service and restaurant’s performance
- Leading from the front and constantly coaching and guiding your team to success
- Working closely with your kitchen, Head Chef and wider management team to ensure team meets KPIs, standards and efficiency
- Prioritizing team happiness and welfare
- Generating a culture of loyalty, positivity and opportunity
- Creating strong, professional relationships with other restaurants' teams, the Prep Kitchen & Support Office team

- £42,000 - £53,700 OTE (basic salary, plus service charge)
- Service charge split equally (100% goes to the employees)
