About the Role
LANCH builds food brands for the delivery and QSR world by combining strong brands with excellent operations, technology, and data-driven decisions. As a Senior Business Operations Manager, you will ensure that important topics move from analysis to implementation. You will structure complex challenges, improve processes, and lead cross-functional projects from initial concept to measurable results. You will work closely with the Founders and colleagues from Strategy, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Product, and Tech. This role is for someone who can think strategically but is primarily eager to drive things forward themselves.
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement operational and commercial improvement potentials with relevant teams.
- Analyze performance data, develop clear recommendations, and translate them into concrete actions.
- Take ownership of cross-functional projects from goal definition to implementation.
- Improve processes, structures, and responsibilities, ensuring sustainable solutions.
- Coordinate stakeholders, resolve blockers, and keep key initiatives on track.
- Support the launch and further development of new products, brands, locations, and markets.
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI, and new tools, and pragmatically drive their adoption.
- Help make LANCH more scalable and efficient as the company grows.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a startup, business operations, strategy, consulting, commercial, or a comparable environment.
- Proven ability to structure complex topics and independently lead projects to completion.
- Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking with a good understanding of operational processes.
- High initiative, strong ownership, and consistent follow-up.
- Ability to coordinate diverse teams and achieve results without formal authority.
- Proficiency with data, spreadsheets, dashboards, presentations, and business tools.
- Very good German and professional English language skills.
- Experience in Food, Delivery, QSR, Retail, Hospitality, or a fast-growing startup is helpful but not required.
