About the Role
Develop, deliver, and leverage foresight and insight studies to provide thought leadership for the Irish food, drink, and horticulture industry and client companies, aiming for value capture and creation.
Responsibilities
- Work with leadership and team colleagues to identify strategic insights requirements for UK markets.
- Support client companies in utilizing foresight, insight, and trends studies to achieve business goals.
- Assist the UK market team with activities that bring clients and customers together.
- Act as the local ambassador for the Strategic Insight Division in the UK, representing Bord Bia at external forums and seeking speaking opportunities.
- Manage assigned budgets in accordance with company procedures to ensure value for money.
- Adhere to the One Bord Bia Operating Model.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of post-3rd level experience.
- Experience in foresight and insight study design and delivery.
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Experience in consumer and customer insight generation.
- Skills in data analysis and presentation.
- Knowledge of Design Thinking principles.
- Understanding of food sustainability.
- Familiarity with consumer marketing.
- Experience in agency/supplier management.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Influencing skills.
