About the Role
Seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making through advanced A/B testing, statistical analysis, and enterprise-level business intelligence solutions. This client-facing role requires autonomy and professionalism, working embedded within the client's team.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to measure product and feature performance.
- Apply statistical methods to ensure test validity and generate actionable insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Design, build, and optimize semantic data models in Power BI for self-service analytics and enterprise reporting.
- Develop and maintain high-performance Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets.
- Partner with data engineering teams to define and validate data pipelines in Databricks.
- Ensure seamless integration between data sources and BI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions.
- Implement best practices in data governance, performance optimization, and security.
- Monitor and resolve data quality, integrity, and dashboard performance issues.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders on data analytics matters.
Requirements
- 3+ years developing enterprise-level dashboards and semantic data models in Power BI.
- Strong capability in experimental design, A/B testing methodologies, and statistical inference.
- Advanced SQL for complex queries and data manipulation.
- Python for data analysis and automation (pandas, numpy, scipy, etc.).
- Familiarity with ETL processes, data integration tools, and modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks).
- Proven ability to transform complex data into clear, compelling visual narratives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated autonomy, initiative, and ability to work independently in client environments.
