About the Role
Argus Search is a specialized HR and Finance recruitment consultancy connecting top talent with leading companies in Berlin. We are currently seeking a motivated individual for the role of Finance Manager.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB
- Preparation of reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Management of cash flow and working capital
- Ensuring HGB/IFRS compliant processes
- Liaison with management, auditors, and external partners
- Analysis of profitability and economic performance
- Optimization of existing finance processes
- Leadership and development of a small finance team
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in economics, business administration, or a comparable qualification with a focus on accounting/finance
- Several years of experience in a finance or accounting environment
- Very good knowledge of HGB, IFRS experience is an advantage
- Experience with financial statements, reporting, and forecasting
- Proficient in Excel and common ERP systems
- Strong numerical understanding and analytical working style
- Experience in an international environment is an advantage
- Very good English language skills
- Independent and hands-on working style
