About the Role
The project offers individual, holistic support for employable benefit recipients with special integration barriers. The goal is to build social stability, strengthen everyday skills, and address personal issues to improve long-term employability. Participants are supported on their path to work, training, or qualification through intensive individual coaching, group offerings, and networked support services. The approach combines socio-pedagogical support with practical activation, promoting sustainable integration.
Responsibilities
- Psychological assessment, care planning, and case discussions
- Individual counseling
- Basic care, information, and advice, personal support, and crisis intervention
- Referral counseling and networking for external therapy services
- Psychosocial personality and behavior training
