About the Role
Parallel is a healthcare platform deploying AI and automation solutions to healthcare facilities. We need an Account Manager to ensure our existing clients are successful with the product, understand their needs, and identify growth opportunities within their organizations.
Responsibilities
- Autonomously manage an existing portfolio of client accounts.
- Ensure clear product adoption.
- Respond to customer questions.
- Resolve straightforward support issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with both technical and business stakeholders (IT teams and executives).
- Track and report on key metrics and client satisfaction to leadership.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong communicator, comfortable engaging with clients at all levels (technical teams and C-suite).
- Organized, rigorous, and autonomous in managing workload.
- Comfortable working with data for reporting and KPI tracking.
- Takes ownership of customer relationships and outcomes.
