About the Role
Marsh Multinational is seeking a talented individual to join the Marsh Japan team in Tokyo. This role will support large foreign-affiliated clients expanding into Japan, providing overseas insurance solutions and risk advisory services.
Responsibilities
- Provide advisory services for the construction and operation of global programs (main insurance types: property, liability, marine cargo, directors and officers liability, cyber insurance, etc.)
- Formulate and propose insurance terms and conditions that align with the client's risk profile.
- Negotiate with insurance companies for the construction of insurance programs.
- Communicate with Marsh's overseas offices and the client's overseas headquarters for the operation of insurance programs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the non-life insurance industry.
- Experience in corporate sales or as an underwriter for corporate insurance is preferred.
- Business-level English proficiency.
Skills
- Communication skills, both internally and externally, domestically and internationally.
- Ability to think independently and take proactive action.
