About the Role
We are seeking a pedagogical specialist (m/f/d) for our outpatient services, working up to 28 hours per week. This role involves supporting families, children, adolescents, and adults in managing their daily lives, with work primarily in the afternoons.
Responsibilities
- Support, guide, and assist children and adolescents with disabilities in individual care and/or families in crisis situations and/or adults with disabilities in their own homes.
- Create individual development plans and reports for funding bodies (Youth Welfare Office, Participation Services).
- Collaborate closely with parents, legal guardians, and other significant persons.
- Network with specialists and institutions in the social environment.
- Act responsibly in accordance with our protection concept.
Requirements
- Experience working with people with disabilities is desirable.
- Legal knowledge in the area of SGB VIII and/or SGB IX.
- Structured and self-responsible work approach.
- Flexibility regarding working hours and locations.
- Knowledge of MS Office.

- Completed university degree in: Social Work, Social Pedagogy, Special Needs Education, General Pedagogy, Educational Sciences, Psychology, Rehabilitation Pedagogy, Special Education.
