About the Role
We are seeking a talented individual to transform how we communicate our impactful AI solutions for the German Mittelstand. This role focuses on crafting compelling narratives that resonate with business leaders, highlighting the practical application and success of our AI agents in their daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Write case studies by interviewing colleagues and clients to create understandable stories about project problems, solutions, and outcomes.
- Develop website copy for the homepage, service pages, case studies, and career pages, and manage content in the CMS.
- Revise existing materials such as pitch decks, newsletters, lead magnets, LinkedIn posts, and presentation documents to improve clarity and conciseness.
- Create content for various communication channels including newsletters, webinars, LinkedIn, and response templates for incoming inquiries.
- Utilize insights from LinkedIn inbox and customer call recordings to inform writing, capturing customer language.
- Optionally visualize work through presentations, Canva designs, or web pages.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (field of study is not specified).
- Native-level German writing proficiency, focusing on rhythm, brevity, and appropriate tone.
- Ability to empathize with and write for different target audiences.
- Previous writing experience for an audience (e.g., student newspaper, newsletter, blog, social media).
- Located in or willing to relocate to Berlin.
- Ability to write concisely and effectively for business leaders with limited time.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
- Curiosity about the Mittelstand sector.
