About the Role
Third Bridge is seeking a Compliance Associate to join our Compliance team in New York. This role focuses on ensuring content is compliant with legislative, regulatory, and internal policy requirements within our fast-paced Content department. You will be responsible for reviewing interview subjects and transcripts, collaborating with analysts, and addressing compliance queries.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and approving proposed interview subject matters and experts.
- Reviewing and approving interview transcripts to identify confidential or inappropriate content.
- Finalizing content for publication in compliance with internal processes.
- Answering day-to-day compliance queries from business units and clients.
- Delivering compliance training to employees.
- Working on ad-hoc projects as directed by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience within compliance.
- Previous compliance experience within financial services is highly desirable but not essential.
Skills
- Organized with excellent attention to detail for proofreading and identifying compliance issues.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret complex financial concepts from a compliance perspective.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships across the organization, working with all levels and all offices globally.
