About the Role

Join Metyis's fast-growing team as a Data Science Associate in Amsterdam. This full-time role offers the opportunity to interact with senior stakeholders, drive impactful change, and work with data throughout its lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Perform data analysis in Growth Revenue Management, Marketing Analytics, CLM/CRM Analytics, and/or Risk Analytics.
Conduct analyses using tools such as SAS, SPSS, Eviews, R, Python, SQL, Teradata, Hadoop, Access, and Excel.
Communicate analyses through compelling presentations.
Solve problems, decompose issues, develop hypotheses, and create actionable recommendations from data and analysis.
Prepare and facilitate workshops.
Manage stakeholders and communicate with executives.
Coach and mentor team members.

Requirements

1-3 years of professional experience in the analytics domain.
An advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics).
Ability to think analytically, decompose problem sets, develop hypotheses, and formulate recommendations from data analysis.
Strong technical skills in data analysis, statistics, and programming.
Strong working knowledge of SQL, Python, R, and/or Matlab.
Ability to communicate effectively regarding statistics, finance, and economics.
Profound knowledge of the English language.
