About the Role

Our two-year Graduate GROW Programme supports your transition from student to professional, sitting along client work and real projects from day one. You will build your technical expertise by contributing to meaningful client engagements and project work, whilst business acumen and professional skills will be developed through centrally delivered graduate cohort training. As a specialist and science graduate joining GROW you will specialise from day one in your chosen discipline. Working in teams of consultants you’ll be responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients, and given every opportunity to build your skillsets and technical expertise. You’ll work on a range of environmental and planning projects which may include major infrastructure, urban regeneration and community focussed projects that will expose you to a variety of challenges and technical specialists.

Responsibilities

Assist in the delivery of project-related tasks, such as carrying out initial site visits.
Request, review & identify gaps in the survey information.
Address scope gaps on appointment of specialist consultants.
Review the design development at each design stage to ensure design and construction risks are eliminated or reduced to their lowest manageable level.

Requirements

Graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2025 or 2026.
Hold at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
Demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player.
Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to use technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
Willing to travel and stay away from home when required.
Hold a full driving licence which allows you to drive in the UK.
Comfortable with Site based working, when required for projects.
