About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare customer-centric dashboards from customer account transaction channels.
- Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and external data sources.
- Develop analytics frameworks for prospect customer target identification, wallet share analysis, propensity modeling, and campaign management.
- Perform risk management and identify fraud patterns in data to ensure sales quality and prioritization.
- Support data-related projects, including data enrichment for internal and external sources, data quality governance, and big data exploration.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Experience with PowerBI, SSIS, SSAS, Data Modeling, SQL, and Paginated Reports.
- Strong skills in data analytical tools such as SAS, R, and Python.
- Understanding of SQL and NoSQL database concepts.
- Knowledge and experience in big data, machine learning, predictive algorithms, natural language processing, statistics modeling, and data mining.
- Good experience with new technologies and data visualization tools like QlikView or Tableau is a strong plus.
- Experience in commercial banking is a plus.
- Interest in staying updated on the latest analytics and big data technologies.
- Good business sense regarding the application of analytics in commercial banking.
- Attention to detail with good communication and presentation skills.
