About the Role

Drive strategy, innovation, and growth plans for the Red Rock Deli portfolio, with a key focus on the Biscuits & Dips category. This role leads end-to-end brand planning, manages cross-functional teams and agency partners, and executes marketing initiatives to deliver profitable growth. The position also oversees portfolio operations, including budget management and campaign execution.

Responsibilities

  • Drive brand growth through consumer, market, and commercial insights to deliver volume, revenue, profit, and brand equity objectives.
  • Lead annual and long-term brand planning by developing portfolio strategies and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Manage product and packaging innovation projects from development through launch and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and execute marketing communications, advertising, and activation campaigns with agency partners.
  • Oversee budgets, performance reporting, stakeholder management, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Several years of Brand Management experience within FMCG or a similarly fast-paced consumer industry.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills, with experience in product innovation and Stage Gate processes.
  • Proficiency in FMCG data analysis, brand performance evaluation, and commercial decision-making, supported by financial and P&L acumen.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence local, regional, and global teams.
  • Experience leading digital, social, and integrated marketing campaigns while managing agency partners in a dynamic environment.
