About the Role
You will join the Insurance Platform team, taking technical leadership to shape how the platform handles new products and countries. The team owns end-to-end policy lifecycle management and backoffice tooling, working closely with Claims and Activation teams. The goal is to design reusable platform abstractions for European expansion, making new country or product launches a configuration exercise.
Responsibilities
- Owning end-to-end the discovery and delivery of crucial platform features that enable business scaling.
- Continuously seeking opportunities to turn new product demands into scalable platform capabilities and features across countries and product lines.
- Challenging ideas and bringing your own to the team.
Requirements
- 3+ years building complex web applications and services with real production ownership.
- Ownership and impact instinct; willingness to go beyond direct stack to achieve results.
- Experience leveraging AI in daily work, understanding its benefits and drawbacks.
- Strong fundamentals in domain-driven design and service-oriented architecture.
- Experience building B2B products, especially in insurance & fintech (nice to have).
- Experience working on a product distributed across different country markets (nice to have).
- Strong observability instincts (nice to have).
