About the Role
As part of the German development team, you will drive the expansion and development of our renewable energy portfolio in Germany across all development stages and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Legal support for our wind, solar, BESS, and hybrid projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing project-specific contracts, particularly land purchase and lease agreements, EPC, service, and cooperation agreements.
- Advising and supporting construction and immission control permit procedures, as well as energy law and regulatory issues (including EEG, EnWG, BauGB, and BImSchG).
- Supporting project acquisitions, project sales, and due diligence processes, as well as project and corporate financing.
- Advising on all corporate law matters and managing the corporate housekeeping of our project companies, including company formations, shareholder resolutions, and corporate structuring measures.
Requirements
- Fully qualified lawyer (all genders) with at least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in a law firm or company.
- Sound knowledge of energy law; experience in wind energy, public construction law, contract drafting, and/or corporate law is advantageous.
- Proficient in German and English.
- Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach with strong teamwork skills.

- Starting at €73,000.00 gross per year
