About the Role
Serves as the primary point of contact for daily communications with clients, managing correspondence and ensuring client satisfaction. Develops a deep understanding of client businesses through research and analysis. Supports account management tasks, including billing, scheduling, and acting as a liaison between internal teams and clients. Addresses client concerns, escalating issues as needed, and collects feedback to ensure client retention. Builds relationships with client counterparts and maintains knowledge of company services and market trends.
Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for day-to-day communication with numerous and/or complex accounts.
- Follow up on correspondences and manage/maintain communications.
- Develop and communicate an understanding of client businesses by conducting and analyzing client research, research on industry issues, preparing benchmarking studies and creating risk maps.
- Manage day-to-day aspects for designated accounts and conduct ensuing account management tasks.
- Complete billing transactional work.
- Generate and coordinate calendars and timelines.
- Liaise between internal senior professionals and business accounts.
- Represent the business to ensure satisfaction and compliance.
- Manage account concerns or issues encountered and address small and complex problems in a timely manner.
- Apply judgment as to when and what to escalate up to senior colleagues.
- Collect insights and information on relationship satisfaction and report results to senior colleagues.
- Offer context and suggestions to best ensure account satisfaction and retention.
- Build relationships with professional counterparts at client organizations.
- Maintain fluency in the Company's various service offerings and market trends to enrich work performed and develop sales capabilities.
