About the Role
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. This role is within the Sales Strategy & Programs organization, supporting JPKT sales and sales support teams. The position analyzes key indicators of company performance and market opportunities, sets strategic themes for sales and sales support organizations, and presents recommendations to senior leadership. The role involves projects related to organizational design, business planning, market segmentation/coverage optimization, and sales performance evaluation, with a particular focus on industry and product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Provide analysis to support mid-to-long-term investment area decisions, including the design and construction of necessary models.
- Create and deliver presentations for senior executives.
- Perform daily business performance analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Design and build analytical models with scalable reports and tools.
- Share information regularly and engage in improvement activities with the sales organization and related departments.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis and internal/external research to understand the market and devise innovative customer acquisition strategies.
- Design analytical models necessary for optimizing the Go-To-Market model.
- Design and implement optimal sales territories and targets.
- Manage and operate multiple projects and initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners (marketing specialists, data vendors, partners).
- Exchange information and negotiate with US headquarters and overseas affiliates.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in strategy formulation and planning within a Large Enterprise Company's corporate sales division or an IT Tech company.
- Proficiency in analytical modeling and spreadsheet skills, with experience in database analysis.
- Ability to provide analysis and recommendations that lead to concrete actions and design feasible, practical measures.
- Proactive and motivated to achieve results beyond assigned tasks.
- Project management experience.
- Ability to collaborate and engage others towards goals with the speed and agility of a startup.
- Fluent communication in Japanese and English (equivalent to TOEIC 800+).
