About the Role
We are looking for a Front Desk employee to manage our Front Office, ensuring guests have a pleasant stay and acting as the face of a&o.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Front Desk operations.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out.
- Address guest needs and provide tourist information.
- Manage guest concerns.
- Oversee shift operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Assist in creating work and vacation schedules.
