About the Role
As a Consultant, you will work in a team environment configuring and customizing our real estate software to meet clients’ needs. You will manage implementation projects, train clients on our software, and learn to use SQL to solve problems.
Responsibilities
- Lead fast-paced work sessions with client personnel to develop technology-based solutions for business problems.
- Run training sessions for individual or groups of users.
- Maintain training environment and training manuals.
- Assist clients in setting up and configuring MRI Software applications.
- Understand and document client business requirements.
- Create custom reports using existing templates or SQL Server Management Studio views.
- Provide functional and technical consulting services, including gap analysis, software configuration, customization, health checks, and implementation.
- Convert business data manually or through integration into MRI.
- Create and configure interfaces to third-party software applications.
- Enhance MRI offerings by customizing the product using internal and Microsoft tools.
- Test software functionality and verify it meets client expectations.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or Information Technology or equivalent industry knowledge.
- At least 2+ years of experience in consulting services, product implementation, or systems design & development.
- Experience in training and training delivery.
- Strong team player.
- Understanding of software implementation methodology.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High initiative and self-motivation.
- Knowledge of SQL Server or other RDBMS is preferred.
- Occasional overseas or domestic travel required.
