About the Role
We are looking for individuals to join us in becoming the coolest light cargo company in Japan. We are creating buzz in the light cargo industry with unique strategies, having been featured on NTV's "ZIP", TBS's "Uwasa no Tokyo Magazine", and Yahoo! News. We are serious about transforming the industry's image by creating value through branding, which is currently lacking.
Responsibilities
- Deliver packages for Amazon's official delivery service partner.
- Perform deliveries using Amazon's technology and delivery app.
- Handle package delivery with 90% "置き配" (leave-at-door) method.
- No cash-on-delivery or pick-up tasks.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license (AT-compatible license accepted).
- Must be 18 years or older (high school students not accepted).
- No educational background or experience required; beginners welcome.
- Must like driving and be motivated, even without experience.
- Must be able to accept and implement advice honestly.
- Must be able to connect personal growth with company growth.
- Must be interested in future independence or career advancement.

- JPY 23,450 - JPY 30,050 per day
- Over JPY 500,000 per month possible
