About the Role
Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM projects from initiation through to implementation and transition to BAU.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, RAID logs and delivery governance
- Manage multiple IAM workstreams and co-ordinate technical and business teams
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations
- Identify delivery risks, issues and dependencies and drive timely resolution
- Establish appropriate project governance, reporting and steering committee processes
- Act as the primary delivery interface between IAM engineering teams and business, network, technology teams
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, implementation partners and managed service providers
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of experience in IT Project/program management
- Significant experience managing enterprise IAM implementation or transformation programs
