About the Role
Rocket Growth (RG) is Coupang's fastest-growing team, focused on helping sellers leverage Coupang’s rocket delivery and fulfillment network. We are seeking motivated leaders to innovate and solve complex problems in an ambitious product and feature roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive your product area from start to finish.
- Identify opportunities, formulate strategies, and create execution plans.
- Align stakeholders, socialize plans, and define success metrics.
- Implement, launch, and measure product impact.
- Independently define and own KPIs that drive OKRs.
- Identify areas for overall experience improvement and gather product requirements.
- Ensure projects run well by reaching an understanding with stakeholders on strategy specifics and timelines.
- Oversee the product roadmap and assign priorities based on business impact.
- Manage every step of the product lifecycle, including use case definition, success metrics, solution discovery, strategy development, launch, A/B testing, and impact analysis.
- Mentor junior product managers and assist them in carrying out crucial tasks.
- Establish strong working relationships with customer, business, and UX design stakeholders to ensure product features are delivered and OKRs are met.
Requirements
- 8+ years in a senior position within a business, product management, supply chain management, or strategic consulting.
- Leadership experience with a history of launching and managing products and dealing with ambiguity and complexity.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Expertise presenting insights to leadership and other stakeholders based on deep dive analysis and research.
- Proven track record of leading company and roadmap strategy while managing tradeoffs in multi-sided marketplaces.
- Hands-on experience driving product launches from ideation to market maturity.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree.
