About the Role
Dell Technologies Professional Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of cutting-edge technologies such as AI, data centers, and cloud infrastructure. This role involves participating in AI infrastructure projects from the proposal stage, collaborating with clients and internal/external stakeholders to ensure project success, and maximizing client business value through high-quality delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage project management deliverables, analyze performance, and support integrated planning across multiple workstreams.
- Collaborate with finance and operations departments to ensure alignment of scope, schedule, and budget.
- Lead project planning, resource allocation, progress, issue, and risk management for AI infrastructure construction.
- Collaborate with sales and technical departments from the proposal stage to formulate optimal delivery plans.
- Maintain close communication with diverse stakeholders, including clients and CxO-level executives.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams such as Sales, Professional Services, Engineering, and Support for smooth project execution.
- Provide proposals based on the latest technological trends, market dynamics, and best practices.
- Continuously present risks, opportunities, and improvement measures for AI infrastructure implementation.
- Maintain an optimal balance of cost, schedule, and quality to maximize project value.
- Manage dependencies and impact scopes, and establish and operate appropriate reporting structures.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of IT project/program management experience.
- Experience building trust and leading stakeholders, including management.
- Practical experience in program management (planning, executive reporting, decision support).
- High multitasking ability and skills in coordinating customer and internal demands.
- English communication skills (reading and writing).
