About the Role
As a Christmas Casual Team Member, you will be part of making magical festive moments happen during our busiest time of year. You can choose to be a Customer Assistant, creating thoughtful customer experiences, or a Stock Controller, managing stock and order fulfilment. You can also indicate if you are open to either role.
Responsibilities
- Create unforgettable in-store experiences with genuine care, personality, and attention.
- Light up the shopfloor by achieving your goals and contributing to team success.
- Be a go-to expert on all things dusk – helping customers find the perfect fragrance, décor piece, or festive gift.
- Receive, unpack and process stock deliveries accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and process Ship-to-Store and customer orders.
- Keep stock replenished, organised and ready for our busiest trading days.
- Keep our stores beautiful, inviting and aligned to our brand and visual standards.
- Jump in, support your teammates and help keep the energy high during the busy season.
Requirements
- Upbeat, dependable and always ready to lend a hand.
- Bring curiosity, care and a strong work ethic to every shift.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of a team.
- Comfortable getting hands-on with stock, replenishment and day-to-day store tasks.
- Strong availability across the peak Christmas trading period, including late nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Ready to bring the energy and joy during the most magical time of year.
- Seasonal position commencing in November.
