About the Role
As a Christmas Casual Team Member, you will be instrumental in creating magical moments during the festive season. You'll contribute to the energy, care, and Christmas spirit that brings the dusk experience to life, either by engaging with customers on the shop floor or ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- Create unforgettable in-store experiences with genuine care, personality, and attention.
- Light up the shopfloor by achieving goals and contributing to team success.
- Act as a product expert, assisting customers with fragrance, décor, or gift selections.
- Receive, unpack, and process stock deliveries accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and process Ship-to-Store and customer orders.
- Replenish and organize stock for peak trading days.
- Maintain store presentation to brand and visual standards.
- Support teammates and maintain high energy during the busy season.
Requirements
- Upbeat, dependable, and willing to assist.
- Curious, caring, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Comfortable with hands-on stock and replenishment tasks.
- Strong availability during the peak Christmas trading period, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
