About the Role
Sela is seeking an AI Product Manager to optimize the performance of our voice AI agents, launch new agent use cases, and develop internal systems for agent assembly and maintenance. This role involves using AI tools to build systems that can generate more agents, focusing on complex systems like agent assembly, call scheduling, and phone number selection. You will also be responsible for conceiving and implementing new use cases and conducting data analysis to guide product development.
Responsibilities
- Improve and optimize the performance of voice AI agents
- Launch new agent use cases
- Use evals and simulations systems to ensure excellent performance
- Develop and extend internal systems that automatically assemble and maintain agents
- Use agents to build systems that can build a lot of agents
- Take product responsibility over complex systems including agent assembly and maintenance, call scheduling, phone number selection, and voicemail optimization
- Conceive and implement complex new use cases such as pulling credit and presenting loan products
- Conduct independent data analysis to inform product strategy
Requirements
- 2+ years of PM experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong data and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication, able to express complex ideas clearly
