About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to build and run full-cycle hiring across Prudentia, reporting directly to the Head of People. This is a company-wide mandate to lead searches spanning engineering, product and design, data science, and go-to-market and operations roles, while acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers and executives. This role is for someone who wants to build recruiting at a company still early enough that your fingerprints will be on the process itself, not just the hires. You'll run searches end-to-end, but you'll also help define how Prudentia hires: the interview loops, the scorecards, the candidate experience, and the employer brand that gets top talent excited about a mission-driven, science-first company.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire hiring lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing, for roles spanning technical and non-technical functions
- Keep multiple searches moving at once without sacrificing candidate experience or hiring bar
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and executives, translating open-ended hiring needs into clear role scopes, sourcing strategies, and interview plans
- Bring market and compensation data to the table so leaders can make fast, informed decisions
- Stand up the systems, processes, and metrics that let recruiting scale with the company, from applicant tracking workflows to structured interview kits to hiring dashboards the Head of People and leadership team can rely on
- Own every candidate's experience of Prudentia, from first outreach to offer, ensuring it reflects our culture and values
- Help tell Prudentia's story to prospective hires in a competitive market for technical talent
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring technical talent (AI, engineering, data, or product roles)
- Experience recruiting at a high-growth startup, ideally where you built or significantly improved the hiring process rather than just running an existing one
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of searches across multiple functions simultaneously without dropping quality or speed
- Strong sourcing skills, including direct outreach to passive candidates, and comfort using recruiting and ATS tools to run a data-driven process
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with experience advising hiring managers and executives on hiring strategy
- A bias toward building: you create scalable process and infrastructure rather than working around gaps in it
- Comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy and ownership in a fast-moving, resource-conscious environment
