About the Role
As a Laborer, you will play a vital role in our production process, contributing to the fabrication and assembly of our renowned products. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills and dedication will be valued.
Responsibilities
- Remove weld splatter using a chisel, scraper, and/or grinder
- Prepare material for painting by removing all oil, grease, mud, dirt, etc.
- Sand rust off steel, wash, and prep steel
- Sand primed surfaces
- Safe operation of forklift
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this position
- Proficiency in using power tools and mechanical knowledge is advantageous
- Strong aptitude for working with hand tools efficiently
- Must be capable of standing and/or walking 8-9 hours continuously
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the work day
- Employee must be capable of performing substantial motions of the wrists, hands, arms, waist, and legs for up to 8-9 hours a day
