About the Role
Arcadis is seeking graduates for its two-year Graduate GROW Programme, designed to support the transition from student to professional. This program integrates graduates into client work and real projects from day one, allowing them to build technical expertise and business acumen through project contributions and cohort training. The role focuses on developing core engineering and consulting techniques for UK and international clients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver design and interact with other professionals on projects of varying scales.
- Use advanced design tools and techniques to develop structural solutions for new and existing buildings.
- Design new substructures and superstructures.
- Assess existing structures.
- Review proposals from contractors or external consultants.
- Coordinate with other disciplines.
- Conduct site visits and perform other technical tasks.
- Assist in managing projects and their costs within the structural team.
Requirements
- Graduating in 2027 or recently graduated in 2025 or 2026.
- Achieved at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
- Demonstrate resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, and teamwork.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Ability to use technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required.
