About the Role
Our two-year Graduate GROW Programme supports your transition from student to professional, sitting along client work and real projects from day one. You will build technical expertise and business acumen through client engagements and cohort training. Graduates are encouraged to seek opportunities to broaden their experience.
Responsibilities
- Monitor progress of project work.
- Liaise with clients.
- Implement timely resolution to issues.
- Identify risks in the delivery.
- Coordinate with contractors.
- Gather, manage, and analyze data to predict and influence project time and cost outcomes.
- Define and implement control systems for projects during the definition and mobilization phase.
- Ensure teams and clients work together efficiently.
- Provide clear direction to teams and clients.
- Enable teams and clients to do their best work.
Requirements
- Graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2025 or 2026.
- Demonstrate resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, and teamwork.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to use technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
- Willing to travel and stay away from home when required.

Education Level
- BSc or MSc Project Controls, Construction or Engineering related degree such as Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering or Project Management.
- Consideration for non-relevant backgrounds including Law, Management and Business-related degrees.
- At least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
