About the Role
Our paid Placement programme offers hands-on insight into our work, helping you develop skills and knowledge in your chosen field. Supported by training and based on Arcadis’ core values, the programme provides technical training and personal development. You will be exposed to real projects and clients, with a range of experiences over a 10-12 week internship or 12-month placement.
Responsibilities
- Help clients solve complex challenges through innovative, digitally enabled solutions.
- Develop solutions across core capabilities including Sustainability, Investment Advisory, Capital Programs, Asset Strategy and Transformation, Supply Chain and Procurement, Digital & AI, and Strategy Transformation.
- Support business transformation and change initiatives.
- Gather and interpret data.
- Prepare client presentations, reports and recommendations.
- Support workshops and stakeholder engagement.
- Contribute to project planning and reporting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful client outcomes.
Requirements
- Working towards a degree in a relevant degree/subject.
- Demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to use technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
- Willing to travel and stay away from home when required.
