About the Role
Four Points by Sheraton offers a welcoming environment where timeless classics are integrated with modern details. Join us as a Night Auditor to provide simplified, yet exceptional experiences to independent travelers.
Responsibilities
- Assist travelers with check-in and check-out processes.
- Support the night manager with reporting and system responsibilities.
- Handle general inquiries and provide friendly, genuine service.
- Build and strengthen relationships with travelers for future bookings.
- Support the front office team with general operational tasks.
- Take guest reservations and manage cash handling and credit card transactions.
- Act as an expert on the hotel and surrounding area to exceed guest expectations.
Requirements
- Experience with OPERA property management system or similar.
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Working rights in Australia.
- Self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess smart solutions and a can-do attitude.
