About the Role
Join Arcadis as a Senior Project Manager to lead capital programmes in healthcare, education, and laboratory projects. You will manage projects from concept to completion, build client relationships, and provide expert guidance for successful delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire project teams, supporting development, sharing best practice, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Take ownership of project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure strong commercial performance.
- Deliver multiple projects and programmes successfully, balancing quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
- Provide strategic advice on risk management, governance, compliance, and healthcare sector requirements.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and opportunities to maintain project momentum.
- Use project and commercial data to drive informed decisions and improve project outcomes.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement, enhancing project delivery and client value.
- Work closely with colleagues across Arcadis to bring together the right expertise for every project.
- Build trusted client relationships, creating exceptional experiences that lead to repeat business and future opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience successfully managing projects from inception through to completion.
- Healthcare sector experience is highly desirable, ideally including ProCure22, ProCure23 or similar healthcare capital programmes.
- Excellent client relationship, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Valid CSCS card.
