About the Role
Electrical apprentices earn a paycheck while learning the trade through firsthand experience, with a clear career path to becoming an electrician and potential management opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with a licensed journeyman electrician for on-the-job training.
- Assist in performing electrical installations for multifamily and commercial projects.
- Learn and execute all scopes of large-scale projects, including distribution, rough-in, trim, and deck work.
- Participate in the official apprenticeship program and attend required classes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Reliable transportation.
- Successfully register, enroll, and participate in an electrical apprenticeship program and remain in good standing.
- Physically able to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Willingness to learn electrical codes and construction safety requirements.
