A Supercuts hairstylist is the most important position in the Supercuts system, representing a promise of professional competence to customers. The stylist serves customers in a friendly, professional manner, prioritizing their satisfaction by adhering to brand standards and operating principles.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality haircuts by consistently using the Supercuts technique
- Educate the customer and recommend products to help them maintain their hairstyle between salon visits
- Execute the 360 Experience ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Follow sanitation guidelines
- Execute best practices for the Jerome Group
- Adhere to dress code standards
- Maintain a current cosmetology license
- Attend all required technical training sessions
- Attend monthly salon meetings
